Thanks to its know-how, TMCI Padovan designs and builds plants for:
- Marc and fermented fruit distillation;
- Wine distillation (brandy), grappa, grape and fermented fruit distillation, gin etc.
Distillation is divided into discontinuous and continuous. In case of discontinuous distillation, processing is done in small batches, by loading predefined quantities of raw material into the alembic (pot still). In case of continuous distillation, feeding of hydroalcoholic solution inside the plant is continuous. This allows working bigger volumes.
