The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) the updating, correction or, upon request, supplementing of the data;b) the cancellation, transformation into information without personally identifiable content or the withholding of information in violation of the law, including that information whose conservation is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or successively handled;c) the attestation that the operations under the foregoing) letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, as concerns their content, to the persons to whom such information has been communicated or disclosed, unless such a measure be impossible or entail a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the right protected. Failure to provide the personally-identifiable information indicated as mandatory will prevent any orders you place from being executed, while the non communication of data considered non-mandatory will have no effect upon the execution of the order.
